After an excursion to the Blood Furnace, a friend and family of mine adventured a little on hellfire peninsula, i.e. my two cousins G. & G., my brother and Daniel helped me to powerlevel my lvl62 shaman to lvl63 :)My orc shaman, loving to crush Alliance bones, is usually PVP-active on our PVE server. While conversing with a quest-giving NPC - yes, I do actually read the quest texts - a lvl63 druid nightelf chick thought it’d be nice to kick some orcish butt … after having been provoked to do so after a “/spit”, but was I supposed to act all friendly, being a long-oppressed (first by Sargeras’ minions and then the Alliance) orc.Well, she realized fairly fast that she should have rather hit the bed early instead of trying to lay waste on a PVP-steeled shaman at 1am in the morning. So far so good. I do actually like it when Alliance characters engage in world-pvp, that is the reason why I run around PVP-active after all.Her similarly leveled party did not engage in combat after they realized that four high-level characters were providing my admittedly ugly-looking shaman with emotional support in a hostile environment.Twenty minutes and a safe distance away from my party, a Draenei paladin from the nightelf lady’s group thought he’d avenge his RL-girl(?)-/genderplaying friend’s trip to the netherworld by taking apart the grief-causing big and ugly green mammal.Once more, this proved to be a bad idea. Our draenei friend, being deeply hurt by the events late at night, could not help but log on with a Horde character of his to engage in some childish flaming (see screenshot above). His carefully articulated concern (in German) translates to “hey you grass-eating piece of shit .. I’ll get you .. and go make and eat grass you dirtpisser” - for a second I thought about explaining to him the difference between Tauren and Orcs and their respective food preferences but then I decided to silence him for spamming via the relatively new pop-up menu option in the WoW client.Guess he took his defeat (and the game) a little too serious.
