Angel-A.
What a great movie. In my view this is Luc Besson’s masterpiece. The actors are good and perfectly cast, the black & white photography and Paris as setting are great and the story, even though it could have easily come across as naive/corny, is wonderfully told.
I think my friend Thomas Krammer made me watch the trailer in 2006 - I was instantly hooked and hoping that there was more to the movie than a well-cut trailer. After finally being able to watch the movie on DVD in March 2007, I was not disappointed at all - and I guess neither will you be. Treat yourself to the trailer and consider laying hands on the Angel-A DVD.

Today, while trying to find out when I actually watched the movie, I discovered once more that amazon keeps my order details on file reaching back as far as 1997.
More importantly all the details are made accessible to me - once you can stop listening to that whispering voice in your head, hissing “Profiling/Data Mining Hell”, it does provide for some interesting review :)
